YML
Jon joined YML as the first member of a newly formed studio team, laying the foundation for what would become a powerhouse of creativity. He played a pivotal role in building a team of 10, producing exceptional work to support both client projects and internal marketing.
Soon after joining YML, Jon directed a film showcasing the agency’s builder DNA. The project strengthened YML’s brand story, reinforcing its industry reputation for innovation.
While on set, Jon also captured portraits of key team members, developing a look and feel for team photos throughout the agency.
In an effort to further tell the YML story, Jon worked closely with the CEO and Co-founder, Ashish Toshniwal, to develop and build a podcast called “Y in The Valley” inviting guests like Dylan Field from Figma to join for conversations about industry trends and insights.
With a number of artcles being written each week for the agency website, Jon worked closely with illustrator Kevin Tudball, to build out an illustration system and library with interchangeable assets to be combined for endless compositions.
In just a couple years, YML Studios, the studio production arm of YML, had produced an incredible array of content featuring high quality video, photography, 3D, animation, and sound design.
